The essence of individual retreat is the silence within and without, to really have space and time for yourself.
Here you get what you really need:
peace and quiet,
relaxation,
reflection,
attention focused only on yourself.
There are times in our lives when after an intense period we long for peace, recharging and solitude.
We want to process life’s events or chart a new course for ourselves. This is often difficult in the familiar surroundings of our daily lives, dominated by routine and work.
During your individual retreat you will find the peace of mind and clear state of consciousness necessary for recharging your battery.
In addition you can take 1 or 2 daily sessions individually.
You can enjoy the scenery and the proximity of Lake Balaton. You can go swimming or hiking in the woods nearby.
Prerequisite: You must have done at least one energy reading with me or participated in a course.
You can come alone or together with another person.
Don’t expect company all day. An individual retreat is NOT a holiday we take together. You are here to give yourself time for self-reflection, to reconnect with yourself. The individual sessions will help you with that.

There is a local store with basic supplies in the village and large supermarkets nearby.
You can cook for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen or eat out in several restaurants near lake Balaton.
Prices depend on the length of the retreat and the number of sessions you take in total.
Accommodation: 60 EUR/night/person. With breakfast: 70 EUR.
Price of sessions: 110 EUR/hour – an average session is 1,5 hours.
You can pay on the premises by cash or by money transfer.
